Requirements



  • At least 7+ years of proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in a high-growth tech, media, or subscription-based business.
  • Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights that influence company strategy.
  • Great at presenting financial reports and analysis to different audiences, both internal and external.
  • Experience with M&A.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with key members in the team, working with development, marketing, and books.
  • Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of financial metrics and business performance drivers.
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or management control.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English. It's a bonus if you also know German, Finnish, Polish, or Dutch.
