Om oss
Vi söker nu en Avdelningschef / Vice President till Avdelningen Infrastruktur och betongbyggande, som ingår i Divisionen Samhällsbyggnad på RISE. Vårt uppdrag och ambition är att tillsammans med näringslivets och samhällets aktörer bygga det hållbara samhället genom omställning till ökad resurseffektivitet, till klimatneutralitet och till en robust infrastruktur. Inom RISE är vi av uppfattningen att det är genom samverkan med kollegor, kunder och samarbetspartners som vi utmanar gränser och utvecklar ny kunskap och kompetens.

Vi har samlat 115 av Sveriges främsta forskare, projektledare, ingenjörer, utredare, pedagoger och experter. Vi förfogar över stora unika testanläggningar i Borås och Göteborg vilket gör att vi kan skräddarsy en lösning för varje behov.Vi erbjuder forskning, utveckling, testning, tjänster, bildningar med fokus på våra kompetensområden betong, bygg och anläggning, försörjningssystem, vattenhantering, samt ett cirkulärt och hållbart användande av material.

Om rollen
Som avdelningschef ansvarar du för att stärka avdelningens och hela RISE innovationsförmåga och utveckling. Det gör du i samverkan med kollegor inom hela koncernen och tillsammans med våra kunder och partners.

Avdelningen består av åtta enheter och att leda och vidareutveckla dina medarbetare är viktiga delar i ditt arbete. Du involverar och coachar enhetscheferna i deras uppgift att bryta ner det övergripande uppdraget i verksamheten och säkra innovationsförmågan. Du har medarbetar-, budget- och utvecklingsansvar för avdelningen. Som Avdelningschef ingår du i divisionsledningen för Division Samhällsbyggnad.

Du arbetar i en framåtblickande och innovativ miljö där samverkan och modigt ledarskap är stora framgångsfaktorer.

Placering för tjänsten är RISE kontor i Göteborg, Borås eller Stockholm.

Vidare har du ett holistiskt och strategiskt arbetssätt med stort fokus på omvärldsanalys m.a.p. kunder, partners och konkurrenslandskapet, i kombination med ett kommersiellt tänkesätt och ett utvecklat affärsmannaskap. Då avdelningen står inför en stark tillväxt inom flera av de områdena som utgör de samhälleliga utmaningarna har du en stor förmåga att konkretisera generella problemställningar. Du trivs med att bryta ner strategi till åtgärder, operativa aktiviteter och mätbara indikatorer.

Att vara chef på RISE innebär att du är visionsdriven med fokus på resultat och samverkan men också att du besitter en andel mod. Att du ser detta som en spännande och tuff utmaning är en förutsättning för att lyckas. Vi lägger stor vikt vid ett möjliggörande mindset.

Du har en för avdelningens områden relevant universitetsutbildning och god domänkunskap och erfarenhet från minst ett av avdelningens kompetensområden. Vidare ser vi att du har erfarenhet från ledningsgruppsarbete. Det är meriterande om du har lett forsknings- eller utvecklingsorganisationer.
