As a key player in the industry, our customer service teams hold a vital position within the organization's success. Unlike many customer service teams, ours provides exceptional support to patients, psychologists, and partners by enhancing their experience at Mindler.

We have successfully expanded into three new markets in four years, and you now have the opportunity to significantly influence how new patients and psychologists perceive our product in Denmark.

The Role

You will be part of our nordic team based in Stockholm, primarily supporting patients and psychologists with various inquiries, such as assisting with appointments and providing technical support. As an ambassador for Mindler, you will often be the first point of contact, ensuring that every interaction reflects positively on our brand.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional service and facilitate the success of patients and psychologists together with us at Mindler. You will work set hours with daily tasks, including:

  • Working in Zendesk and other channels to address customer-related matters
  • Informing our Product team of feedback received from patients and psychologists
  • Communicating with stakeholders such as other healthcare providers, GPs, and insurance companies
  • Contacting patients in Denmark and Sweden by phone to encourage them to book an appointment or assist with technical questions
  • Assisting with CS-related matters in all markets (Nordics, UK & NL) when needed

This is a part-time position with 5-10 hours per week.
