We're seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition within an assigned territory. This role requires formulating and executing a sales strategy, leveraging MongoDB's industry-leading developer data platform, Atlas.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
  • Build strong relationships, driving growth opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced market
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run complex sales processes
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate business value of enterprise technology
