About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Account Executive to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition within an assigned territory. This role requires formulating and executing a sales strategy, leveraging MongoDB's industry-leading developer data platform, Atlas.

Responsibilities- Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline
- Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
- Build strong relationships, driving growth opportunities
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction
- 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced market
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run complex sales processes
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate business value of enterprise technology
