About the Role
We're seeking a part-time Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our global Finance team. As an AP/AR accountant, you'll be a key member of the Accounting department, supporting both the AP and AR teams with their daily invoice handling.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Verifying and recording vendor invoices for Instabee entities
- Booking vendor payments
- Communicating with vendors and other Instabee departments on vendor invoice-related matters
- Following up on customer invoice-related matters
- Collaborating with customers and other Instabee departments on customer invoice-related questions
About You
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles. You'll have a can-do mentality, be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and be able to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
