Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in the Nordics region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving projects related to the four countries, coordinating with Head Office, and supporting local teams in their initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Drive projects related to the four countries, help coordinate with Head Office, and support local teams in their initiatives.
  2. Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  3. Process Improvement: Review and formalize internal procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Change Management: Support the implementation of changes, and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  5. Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and develop solutions to address these opportunities.
IT Management
  1. Business Continuity Planning: Work closely with IT teams to ensure the implementation of Business Continuity Plans.
  2. Risk Management: Conduct risk analyses to assess the level of required security measures on all new IT projects.
  3. Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  4. Documentation and Procedures: Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures, and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities.
Information System Security Local Control Officer
  1. IT Security Awareness: Promote awareness around IT security subjects and global procedures.
  2. Support and Guidance: Assist in providing answers to Head Office, and provide guidance to local teams.
  3. User Access Management: Review and manage user access rights, ensuring that all users have the necessary permissions to perform their duties.
  4. Annual Review: Conduct an annual review of user access rights, and ensure that all users have the necessary permissions to perform their duties.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in project management, business development, and IT management. You should have a university degree in business, economics, or a related field, and be fluent in English and Swedish.

You should have a strong analytical mindset, be innovative and proactive, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in banking and finance is an advantage, but not required.
