Construction Project Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Construction Project Coordinator for a large-scale project in Sweden. This is a project-based contract role that includes an attractive daily rate, flights, transport, and other perks.

This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the construction of a project. The Coordinator will work closely with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project schedule
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Monitor progress and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Authorization to work in Sweden
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
