Market Access and IT Support Professional

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Business and Information Technology, Engineering, or another related field
- Significant working experience with overall IT support and operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Front Office support in any type of trading environment
- Experience with marketplace connectivity, complex IT network architecture, and low latency communication
- Experience with supporting news & data provider infrastructure from LSEG and Bloomberg
- Prior experience working with Splunk, Grafana, Kafka, Jenkins
- Experience with IT networks and application hosting (with a focus on cloud technology)
- Hands-on application support experience following ITIL principles
- High degree of commitment
- Willingness to stretch over the full service chain (from 1st level support up to supplier coordination)
- Team-oriented and excellent communicator
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- German or Swedish would be beneficial
