Sanofi Sweden is seeking an experienced Health Economist and Market Access expert to join the company as a Market Access Manager.

You will be responsible to achieve optimum pricing and reimbursement conditions, provide business unit divisions with epidemiological and economical information and present value messages to key external stakeholders.

About the Job

Value & Access activities:

  • Collect epidemiological and health economic data for all therapeutic areas across the company.
  • Be responsible for P&R submission to TLV to get and maintain price and reimbursement.
  • Advise, follow-up and propose projects/studies for the optimal marketing of the product portfolio.
  • Coordinate and follow up implementation of corporate market access initiatives in the affiliate.
  • Actively participate and represent the affiliate (and/or Region) in the global Evidence Value Demonstration (EVD) task forces.
  • Coordinate Market Access plans in cooperation with relevant product team.
  • Actively support development of Budget Impact Models (BIM) and CE-models together with responsible product teams.
  • Be responsible for Key Opinion Leader/Expert contacts within the health economic field.
  • Cooperate with Business unit divisions in developing economic arguments aiming to impact different stakeholders.

External:

  • Medical Opinion Leaders and Health Economics Opinion Leaders: to make and maintain contacts and to get input on activities and studies.
  • LIF: Attend LIF-network meetings and spread the information within the MA-division.
  • Subcontractors/vendors: to manage them.

Internal:

  • Provide and get adequate information about the product marketing to/from the Business Unit Heads.
  • Marketing: collaborate and develop product and economic strategies. Provide studies and protocols.

About you

To excel in this role you will need to have:

  • University degree preferably in health economics.
  • Specific health economic training (MSc/BSc in Economics or other relevant education).
  • 3+ years experience working in a similar position.
  • Very good understanding of the market access environment, mainly TLV and payer needs.
  • Good knowledge in health economics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and structured mindset.
  • Good cooperation and teamwork skills.
  • Oral and written fluency in Swedish and English.
