Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial MedTech/HealthTech organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven sales professional with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to managing the entire sales process.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Drive the sales of innovative medical solutions to regional healthcare organizations across Sweden.
- Map out sales processes within public organizations to ensure effective conversion of interest from end users into sales.
- Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process to build strong relationships and achieve successful outcomes.
- The primary focus of the role is on proactive business development, actively generating new opportunities primarily with existing customers.
You will collaborate with a highly skilled and experienced team, each with 5-15 years of expertise in delivering efficient solutions to the public healthcare sector.
This position is full-time and permanent, based at our Stockholm office. While we work flexibly, allowing for remote work, we hope to see you at the office regularly.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the public sector, specifically with Swedish regional healthcare procurement units.
- Experience in value-based solution selling to healthcare, either in software or medical devices.
- A proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused approach, consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong sales forecasting and budget management skills, ensuring alignment with company goals.
