Your mission...
As a Nordic Medical Representative (Oncology), your role is to build new and existing relationships with Health Care Professionals, patient organizations, and other stakeholders with an entrepreneurial mindset. In addition, you will influence and grow the share of recommendations of the La Roche-Posay's skin care products. La Roche-Posay is deeply committed to our Fight with Care program focusing on skin side effects from cancer treatments. We are rolling out this program with nurse training and patient support across the Nordics from a base in Stockholm. L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division and La Roche-Posay pride themselves not only on the quality of their products, but on the quality of their people. To ensure your success, we provide solid ongoing training, professional marketing, education support, and a comprehensive infrastructure to support your development. The role reports to the Nordic Head of Medical Visits.
You will...
- Be the entrepreneur that builds this new therapy area in the greater Stockholm area and into the Nordics (expect up to travel days per year within the Nordics).
- Implement the medical education strategy to reach the goals.
- Engage with patient organizations to raise patient awareness on skin side effects during cancer treatments.
- Manage administrative and reporting tasks in addition to ensure up-to-date qualitative and quantitative data.
- Enhance the image and increases recommendation of the brand by emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products.
- Get to know the environment, the pathologies, the products, and the useful communication techniques to build qualitative relationships with the healthcare professionals.
- Analyze the sector and make proposals for sectorial action plans to improve return of investment.
- Represent the brand with healthcare professionals.
Your profile...
- You are familiar with the healthcare structure of the field.
- You have experience working with healthcare professionals.
- You have a solid healthcare background, ideally as a nurse / nurse assistant within oncology and a curious, business-oriented mindset.
- You enjoy working in a team and show entrepreneurial spirit while still respecting processes.
- You are structured and are comfortable using monitoring tools for CRM/CLM platform activity in addition to Microsoft Office applications.
- You are social and able to communicate and build relationships.
- You take initiatives. Master planning and preparation to carry out qualitative and quantitative meetings and report in CRM.
- Driver's license is a must.
- Fluent in Swedish and good understanding of the other Scandinavian languages. Working knowledge English (most of our internal meetings are conducted in English).
