Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Designer to join our team as a CMF Lead Designer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions in the automotive industry.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design, transportation design, or fine arts and at least 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • This role involves developing creative and detailed design solutions that meet complex technical criteria.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with other design disciplines to deliver complete CMF solutions and detailed specifications for assigned clients.
  • A focus on building patterns, both 2D and 3D, is crucial for this position.
  • Benchmarking and research are also key responsibilities, requiring a fact-based approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree within Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or Fine Arts.
  • At least 5 years' experience from industrial or transportation design.
  • Strong communicator with good presentation skills, both verbally and visually.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and VRED with the ability to visualize and communicate ideas effectively in 2D and 3D.
