About the Role

The Manager Business Applications for HemoCue is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the company's most critical business applications, including ERP, Integration platform, QMS, CRM, and BI, as well as around 40 supporting systems.

This role is part of the IT Organization located in Ängelholm and will be on-site. As a member of the Procurement & IT team, you will report to the Director of Procurement & IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 5 Business Application Specialists - each one with its own portfolio of Applications.
  • Secure the day-to-day operation of HemoCue's most important Business Applications, ensuring compliance and supporting an efficient and effective HemoCue Business.
  • Drive continuous improvements and connect IT and Business, ensuring our Business Application landscape is compliant and supports an efficient and effective HemoCue Business.
What You Will Achieve
  • Drive continuous improvement of Application Management
  • Lead a team of 5 Business Application Specialists in a global environment.
  • Implement new techniques, tools, and initiatives to enhance the team's ability to support the business.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with various business functions such as Operations, Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Facility – at 4 different sites.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including IT SOX, ISA315, FDA Software validation – be the Process Owner.
  • Lead and/or participate in assigned projects.
  • Deepen your leadership skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or IT
  • Management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with Application Management
  • At least 3-5 years of track record in delivering multiple business applications solutions and business analysis/projects
  • Your communication skills in English are at a high level. Swedish is considered a strong advantage.
  • Practical knowledge and experience working with validation of Software according to US FDA Quality System Regulation
  • Knowledge about business law and regulations affecting financial processes, e.g. SOX
  • You are a team player
