Orthopedic Territory Representative

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at TN Sweden, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Orthopaedic Instruments products to healthcare providers in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for medical technology and excellent customer service skills.
Job Description- You will receive comprehensive product training to familiarize yourself with our portfolio and establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze new customers while providing ongoing service to existing ones.
- Develop effective sales strategies, including negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
- Train medical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when necessary.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
- Prepare orders for interested customers and serve as a reliable partner during order follow-up.
- Proven sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or related fields is essential.
- Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A diploma/degree in relevant areas such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, or healthcare is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish are necessary, as well as a valid driver's license for regular customer visits.
