Principal Product Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to join our ZEOS Design & Research team as a Principal Product Designer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing customer-facing digital experiences for our ZEOS Logistics service offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive the design vision and strategy for our multichannel offering.
- Lead the design of complex customer journeys that cut across multiple pillars, services, and teams.
- Conduct design thinking workshops and design sprints to leverage user research and drive innovative solutions.
- Apply strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Validate and refine concepts with internal and external stakeholders, including actual merchants and end users.
- Lead by example by producing high-quality work and fostering design excellence through mentoring and critiques.
- Experience: A seasoned design professional with B2B experience, leading the design for complex projects that deliver valuable end-to-end experiences to users.
- Collaboration: Adept at working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and users to understand and define key problems and desired experiences for solutions.
- Curiosity: Curious about the industry and the needs of customers, allowing for creative problem-solving.
- Craft: Expert knowledge in the end-to-end product design process, including product and design strategy, user needs, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Experimentation: A generative approach, striving to solve problems in the best way possible through iteration, leveraging data and insights to drive future iterations and features.
- Delivery: Ability to scope and define deliverables and ensure developers have everything needed to build the designed solution.
- Empathy: Mindset and methodologies to understand customers, colleagues, and employees.
- Storytelling: Ability to bring stakeholders and employees on a journey, enabling them to understand the end customer and vision, and the 'why' behind design decisions.
