Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead - Principal Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for leading the technical vision and direction of our platform. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our company and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical architecture and development of our platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product to define and prioritize technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor a team of talented engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Principal Engineer in a fast-paced technology company.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience with Typescript, React, and GraphQL is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
