Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Producer to join our team at IOI. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our next-generation game, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Game Development Leadership: Collaborate with our Executive Producer to define project goals and milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality gameplay experiences.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of experienced game developers, including game designers, programmers, and artists, to bring our game vision to life.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and quality assurance process to ensure our game meets the highest standards of quality and player satisfaction.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with our game development team, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record of leading game development teams and delivering high-quality games on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of experienced game developers.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of game development processes, including game design, programming, and testing.
