Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Producer to join our team at IOI. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our next-generation game, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Game Development Leadership: Collaborate with our Executive Producer to define project goals and milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality gameplay experiences.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of talented game developers, designers, and artists to create an unparalleled gaming adventure.
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our game meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and player engagement.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with our game development team, stakeholders, and partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record of success as a Gameplay Producer or equivalent role in the gaming industry, with a minimum of 2 AAA game development experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of game developers.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of game development processes, including gameplay production, design, and testing.
