About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Producer to join our team at IO Interactive. As a key member of our Backbone Technology team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the tech team and game management group, working closely with our management team.
  • Align and monitor the tech team's objectives to ensure full support for project priorities and requirements.
  • Engage in long-term planning and upkeep of the technology backlog.
  • Manage short-term planning and tracking goals within the tech team.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and validate builds and branches.
  • Implement risk management strategies.
  • Track memory budget and performance at all production levels.
  • Participate in the interview process for potential team members.
  • Involvement in the performance review process for existing employees.
  • Identify workflow enhancements and production optimizations.
  • Monitor and track TCR/TRC requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage requirements with external middleware providers.
Requirements
  • Profound knowledge of project management methods and software packages.
  • Good understanding of general software development practices.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of system integration and version control.
  • Experience with software defect tracking methods.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
  • Strong conflicts resolution skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Producer in software development.
