Job Title: Lead Producer - Exoborne Project

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Producer to join our team at Sharkmob. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our AAA-quality game, Exoborne. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project and contribute to the growth and success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality game development on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of Producers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to establish strategic goals and align efforts, ensuring that all team members are inspired and informed about the strategic vision.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively solve problems as they arise, tracking and reporting on development team progress, morale, and possible development risks.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in game development and project management, incorporating learnings and insights into the ongoing development of our games.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in games as a Producer (or above), on AA/AAA games working with complex cross-disciplinary teams of 100+ developers.
• Project Management: Exceptional understanding of modern project management methodologies and how best to apply them, with experience in coaching and training individuals in agile/lean concepts and practices.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Culture: Passionate about building a positive team culture and improving development efficiency, with a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
