Outsourcing Art Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Art Supervisor to join our Art Outsourcing team at Sharkmob. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high technical and aesthetic quality of assets produced by our outsourcing partners.

• Asset Review and Management: Review assets submitted by outsourcing partners to ensure they meet project needs and requirements.
• Backlog Management: Manage the backlog of assets and prepare briefs according to project needs while ensuring assets align with technical requirements, target quality, and direction.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for all collaborations and workflows as a part of the Art Outsourcing team.

• Experience: Experience as a Character Artist, preferably with realistic art styles.
• Self-Reliance and Organization: Self-reliant and structured/organized.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Art Quality: Good sense of art quality.
• Technical Skills: Able to work methodically with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a Lead, Producer, or Supervisor.
• Feedback Experience: Experience giving feedback on outsourced art for games.
• Pipeline Management: Experience managing outsourcing pipelines and collaborating with external partners.
