About the Role:
The role as a support technician at Tietoevry primarily involves providing support to one of Tietoevry's largest customers. The role is dynamic and varied, as you are expected to provide support in areas such as Office 365, MS Office, Windows, Windows Server, networks, firewalls, WiFi, security, backup, Active Directory, and Mac.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support through phone, email, and chat for end-users at the customer.
- Deliver solutions for issues related to technical questions or problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using remote control and automation tools.
- Participate in improvement processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Requirements and Qualities:

We are also looking for:
- At least one year of experience in either technical support or customer service.
- A strong motivation and interest in developing within IT and working with larger customers.
- The ability to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English.
