Vattenfall is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team in Uppsala. As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for representing the entire IT service portfolio and related agreements to key stakeholders within Vattenfall IT, business areas, and units.
You will be accountable for identifying business requirements and needs, and providing Service Owners with the necessary information to continuously improve the services provided. With your knowledge of the service portfolio, ongoing projects, and improvements, you will support and advise your business customers on Vattenfall's overall IT strategy.
You will be responsible for establishing service agreements for our services and regularly monitoring their quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead audits and provide a clear and tailored customer plan, setting the strategy based on business requirements and market trends to enable Vattenfall IT to deliver stable, secure, and innovative services.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the complete portfolio of IT services and related agreements to all stakeholders within Vattenfall IT and Business.
- Set up and update clear service agreements for the business, ensuring that customers' current and future service level requirements are identified, documented, and maintained.
- Monitor changing business needs and their fulfillment and communicate these changes to the relevant stakeholders.
- Operational responsibility for driving and coordinating escalation solutions and follow-up based on IT commitments to the business.
- Ensure coordination between IT and business stakeholders through proactive follow-up.
- Proactively and reactively initiate and ensure improvement initiatives for all IT services (fixed/movable) together with Vattenfall IT and Business.
- Provide frequent business-specific reporting (budget, satisfaction, tickets) and analysis and initiate actions to increase end-user satisfaction.
- Drive service and cost development initiatives and ensure the implementation of improvement initiatives together with Business.
- Ability to design and deliver information and presentations to all levels of an organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial management.
- Experience of lifecycle management.
- Ability to own and formulate service requirements from end-to-end and understand customer and business needs and understand the impact on services and prioritization.
- Strong ability to collaborate and build long-term relationships and partnerships with various stakeholders throughout the entire Vattenfall organization and external partners.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and English.
