We are looking for a Client Success Strategist to drive business results and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
This role involves overseeing client profitability, managing budgets, and ensuring high-performance delivery across all services. You will play a pivotal role in the overall performance of our team and contribute to creating market-leading customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Growth & Budget Management: Own and manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services.
- Delivery Oversight: Lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Business Coordination: Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of account management experience, 2+ years of project management experience, and previous management experience is highly valued.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Marketing).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently, business development mindset, and fluent English.
