Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hydroelectric Power Engineer. The successful candidate will work on a thesis project focused on innovative chute roughness solutions for enhanced energy dissipation in spillways.

The project involves experimental data analysis, CFD modeling, and simulation of turbulence flow structures. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team and contribute to the development of new technologies that promote sustainable energy production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, or a related field. They will be proficient in CFD modeling software and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct experimental data analysis and CFD modeling to evaluate chute roughness arrangements
  • Simulate turbulence flow structures and energy dissipation in spillways
  • Develop and implement new technologies to enhance energy dissipation
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Master's degree in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CFD modeling software (ANSYS FLUENT)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
