Job Description

Under direct supervision, responsible for creating high-quality technical content for various operation and maintenance manuals and technical publications. Prepares written text and coordinates layout and organization of manuals and other documents according to prepared outlines and specifications. Conducts research on available technical data, including drawings, design reports, equipment, and test specifications. Collaborates with engineers and other technical personnel to clarify document contents. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and other related materials.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support documentation development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets business needs.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and meets quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as technical communications, engineering, or a related field.
  • Less than two years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
