Global Customer Success Team Lead

We're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to lead our global Customer Success team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our customer success strategy, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a growing team of Customer Success Managers across various regions
- Developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive revenue growth
- Coaching and leading a team of CSMs to help customers achieve desired outcomes
- Analyzing customer and product data to identify areas for improvement
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience leading a CSM team in a rapidly-growing B2B SaaS company
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Data-oriented mindset
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and time zones (preferred)
