We're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to lead our global Customer Success team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our customer success strategy, driving revenue growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Managing a growing team of Customer Success Managers across various regions
  2. Developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive revenue growth
  3. Coaching and leading a team of CSMs to help customers achieve desired outcomes
  4. Analyzing customer and product data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. Proven experience leading a CSM team in a rapidly-growing B2B SaaS company
  2. Strong leadership and coaching skills
  3. Data-oriented mindset
  4. Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and time zones (preferred)
