Vitamin Well Group söker en erfaren och handlingskraftig ledare för att leda vårt fältsäljteam i Sydregionen. Som Field Sales Manager Syd kommer du att vara en nyckelperson i vår tillväxtresa och ha en central roll i att driva vår närvaro och uppnå våra mål i Region Syd.
Dina Ansvarsområden- Led med exempel - Du är ständigt närvarande på fältet, guidar och motiverar ditt team genom att visa vägen och stöttar dem i deras dagliga arbete.
- Maximera försäljningen genom att implementera strategier som både inspirerar och utmanar ditt team att nå nya höjder i butik.
- Utveckla starka och förtroendefulla relationer med både teammedlemmar och kunder, vilket skapar en kultur av samarbete och framgång.
- Agera snabbt och beslutsamt för att lösa problem, alltid med en ledarinstinkt som fokuserar på att förbättra och växa vår verksamhet.
Du är en erfaren och handlingskraftig ledare med djupa rötter i FMCG-världen, någon som förstår dynamiken i en snabbföränderlig bransch och vet hur man navigerar den med skicklighet. Du har en gedigen bakgrund av att leda team till framgång, där ditt ledarskap är både praktiskt och inspirerande.
Krav- Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom FMCG, där du har skaffat dig djupgående kunskap och praktisk erfarenhet av både fältsälj och ledarskap.
- Erfarenhet som ledare och chef. Din naturliga ledarskapsförmåga gör att du effektivt kan driva och motivera ett team till framgång, särskilt i en fältnära miljö.
- Beslutsamhet och handlingskraft - du är skicklig på att fatta snabba och välgrundade beslut, och du har förmågan att hantera utmaningar direkt på plats.
- Analytisk skärpa, där du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med data och omvandla siffror till konkreta och resultatorienterade åtgärder.
- En förmåga att bygga och vårda relationer, som är avgörande för långsiktig framgång både för ditt team och för företaget som helhet.
- Du bor i Malmö med omnejd, har ett giltigt körkort och en stark lokal närvaro som gör det möjligt för dig att vara aktiv och engagerad i hela Region Syd.
