We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in either Gothenburg or Stockholm. In this role, you will work with private-sector clients, focusing on those with products in GRC and ESG. You will manage a wide range of customer relationships and help clients navigate regulatory frameworks while driving value through our platform.
Key Accountabilities- Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its capabilities to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or systems science.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Customer Success Manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
