Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent in Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to our Reservation and Ticketing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing and processing reservations in the corresponding systems with Sabre & Amadeus
  • Answer and assist both travel agencies and final customers via phone calls and emails
  • Direct sales to final customers
  • Monthly billing of ticket sales and sales reports
  • Responsible for the administration of groups and tour operator quotas
  • Looking after tour operators, brokers, travel agencies, and corporate customers
  • Assist sales managers with fare checks, benchmarks, etc.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge to deal with customers and to provide customer service
  • Vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience with an airline, a travel agency, a tour operator, or a call center
  • A good level of English and Swedish / other languages is an advantage
  • Passion, positive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to learn
  • Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work independently
  • Work experience with a reservation system (Sabre / Amadeus)
