About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Client Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for leading and driving all campaign-related duties, from recommendations and planning to executing and evaluating the campaign.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate a team of channel specialists across all online and offline channels to create the finest solutions for clients.
  • Develop and implement digital activations from start to finish, including planning and buying, developing data-driven recommendations for media buying across all channels.
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign results to support clients with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of work experience in the media and communications industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in operative digital media planning and buying.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing, measurement, and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience in social media and/or programmatic buying is meritorious.
  • Academic or relevant post-secondary education.
