Key Responsibilities:- Quality Management Coordination: Provide leadership and coordination to ensure the quality assurance elements of our Quality Management System (QMS) are maintained and continuously improved.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Responsible for managing sub-contractors to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Internal Quality Systems: Embed and promote our internal Collen Quality Management systems to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Audit Readiness: Develop and lead a comprehensive audit readiness program to ensure internal and external compliance.
- Project Quality Requirements: Evaluate and follow up on project quality requirements in conjunction with our engineering team.
- Quality Documentation: Track the upload of required quality documentation to our IT platforms.
- Key Performance Indicators: Track important key performance indicators for quality performance and review with sub-contractors.
- Project Meetings: Engage with contractors and clients as part of ongoing project meetings to lead quality project delivery.
- Quality Plan and Specifications: Ensure all information required by the quality plan and specifications is submitted and complies with client requirements.
- Weekly Meetings: Attend and coordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- QA/QC Documentation: Review contractors' Inspection test plan and all QA/QC documentation.
- Stakeholder Evaluation: Evaluate the QA/QC system implementation by each stakeholder and ensure compliance with the quality manual.
- Process Validation: Ensure process validation activities are completed appropriately and in line with project design.
- Engineering Reviews: Complete engineering reviews, reports, and calculations.
- Contractor Coordination: Evaluate the coordination of all contractors to have adequate QA/QC personnel on site during project development and operations.
- Subcontractor Pre-Qualifications: Review and comment on subcontractor's pre-qualifications.
- Submittals: Review and comment on submittals, including test results, method statements, materials, and alternate proposals submitted by contractors.
- Process Knowledge: Contribute to the development of company-wide process knowledge.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team to support project delivery to establish a unified and high standard of quality output.
