About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Grow to join our People Life Cycle team at H&M Group. As a strategic player, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Grow strategy, which includes areas such as Learning & Development, Onboarding, and Offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement the Grow strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR mission.
  • Grow Experience – People Life Cycle Development: Collaborate with relevant teams to design and deliver high-quality colleague experiences, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Learning & Development Strategy: Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of learning and development processes, methodologies, and initiatives, driving organizational performance and effectiveness.
  • Learning Offer and Design: Ensure the business relevance of programs offered, enhancing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of employees and driving organizational success.
  • Digital Enablement: Identify, select, implement, and optimize technology solutions to enhance Grow processes, programs, and initiatives, delivering seamless and user-friendly experiences.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires, employees moving, and departing roles, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of onboarding and offboarding initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strategic thinker in Learning & Development with deep operational experience and understanding of its impact on organizational objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Solid experience in developing and implementing learning and development in a global organization.
  • Adept at navigating successfully in a complex matrix organization.
  • Extensive experience in managing L&D strategy, budget, procurement, and compliance.
  • Proficient in implementing and managing L&D technology platforms, from AI Enablement tools to traditional ones.
  • Formal education in HR, Business Management, or similar.
