Position Overview

The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for growing new business and expanding existing relationships with key customers to meet or exceed financial and business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven ability to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute account plans that align with customer goals and objectives
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
  4. Evaluate and prepare business plans for each assigned account
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value to customers
  6. Manage accounts through the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiations and post-sales support
  7. Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of business performance
  8. Participate in sales forecasting and pipeline management

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in a direct-led sales environment, strong sales process and account planning skills, and a strong understanding of the AEC industry.
