The Sr. Sales Manager Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to target new markets and customer segments through strategic partnerships and channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with key client executives, providing expert guidance on leveraging Supermicro's solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  • Shape deals early in the sales cycle, advancing opportunities that yield substantial revenue growth for Supermicro.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of aligning Supermicro capabilities to client business priorities, positioning our offerings relative to competitors.
  • Build and execute Account Business Plans (ABPs) that drive growth in Supermicro's presence and share in the account.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a high-tech industry preferred.
- Minimum 3-7 years of direct sales experience selling servers and storage to enterprise and Fortune-1000 companies preferred.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
