About the Program:

Our 12-Month Graduate Account Manager Program is designed for graduates who completed their education within the last two years.

During this program, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced mentors, accelerate your career growth, and establish a solid foundation in our business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers and maintain their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide customers with market and platform information to support their needs.
  • Identify and resolve campaign performance issues, coordinating with the team to implement necessary next steps.
