In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the General Manager of Motorola Nordics and collaborate with our dedicated Motorola team in the region. Your primary objective will be to foster growth by acquiring new corporate clients and maximizing the potential of our strategic partners.

Your Responsibilities:

Cultivate new business opportunities and drive sales in conjunction with our Lenovo PC division. Establish partnerships with identified accounts while anticipating future client requirements. Oversee the business development pipeline. Manage forecasting and reporting through our CRM system. Propel revenue, margins, and overall growth. Monitor costs and ensure margins align with corporate goals. Supervise device sales and support resources in developing advanced solution selling strategies. Create actionable plans to continuously enhance the skills of the sales team. Provide motivating leadership to align the business towards achieving targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the technology hardware sector, particularly in high-volume sales. Familiarity with IT systems, key industry players, and the local market landscape. Expertise in managing relationships with large corporate clients. Proven ability to formulate, negotiate, and finalize large and complex deals across various sectors. Experience working in a multifaceted, cross-functional environment, collaborating with diverse teams. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of closing deals. Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of business customers and the PC industry; candidates with direct experience in the smartphone sector are particularly encouraged to apply.
