Tech Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Client Management team. This individual will be responsible for growing our client partnerships and initiating long-term collaborations between clients and developers in the Nordic countries.
In this role, you will lead initial client meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of their business and development needs, effectively pitch our services, and secure the next steps to matching them with their next developer. You will also drive deals through the sales funnel once qualified, ensuring speed and quality, work closely with the Client Engineering team to carefully match opportunities with the right developer, and close deals.
To be successful, you must have a strong tech background and interest in playing a pivotal role in our rapid expansion within the Nordic market. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to navigate complex technical concepts, and have a solid understanding of sales principles.
