What you'll do:

As part of the Client Management team, you'll be responsible for growing our client partnerships as well as initiating long-term collaborations between clients and developers. As part of the Nordics team, you'll focus on the Nordic countries where the demand for skilled developers is growing. You will:

- Grow accounts by being a trusted partner to our clients helping them build out their tech teams;

- Lead client meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of their development and business needs, come with suggestions on how they can evolve and know when they need to expand their team;

- Work closely with our Client Engineering team and carefully match the opportunity with the right developer;

- Onboard clients as well as maintain and develop strong client relationships;

- Continuously contribute to improving our ways of working and increasing efficiency and success as we grow and evolve.

Who you are:

We're looking for a professional that quickly earns the client's trust, and has an understanding of business and people, but also has technical software development know-how. Perhaps you've worked as a technical project manager, developer, or within product management or familiar with the tech space. You're highly skilled at mapping business needs, tech team needs, and closing deals as well as identifying great candidate matches. As a person, you're curious and driven to perform and exceed team goals. You are good at balancing speed and quality, and getting results. To be a good fit with the team, we expect that you are a humble team player who thrives in an ambitious, fast-paced environment.
