As a Business Development Specialist at Alfa Laval Corporate AB, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective business development strategies.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our Global Spare Parts Planning Team to analyze and interpret large datasets, identifying trends and patterns that inform business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting models, and predictive analytics tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively assess and analyze demand patterns to ensure high accuracy of Demand Forecast.
  2. Collaborate with Business Units and Distribution Centers through the S&OP planning process.
  3. Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to drive revenue.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing/participating in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, forecasting models, and predictive analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Blue Yonder Luminate, Movex M3, and/or Microsoft Dynamics (D365), Power BI.
