Depot Assets Manager

We are seeking a Depot Assets Manager to join our team at Euromaint, a leading provider of maintenance services for rail vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical equipment and assets, ensuring the continuity of production plans, and supporting workshop mobilization and demobilization plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate opportunities and alternatives for maintaining, upgrading, or replacing critical equipment
- Apply the OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) concept to critical equipment
- Support risk assessments and training for the implementation of new or modified equipment
- Monitor and manage tools from a cost perspective
- Propose investment proposals to reduce dependence on critical equipment
- Ensure service agreements for necessary equipment and calibration management
- Manage all equipment service agreements and calibration agreements from a cost perspective
- Support footprint optimization and workshop development projects
- Drive procurement work to create, develop, and follow common processes
We are looking for a candidate with a post-secondary education in a relevant field and 3-5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with procurement processes for goods and services, as well as cost follow-up and control. The candidate should be meticulous and have a methodical and systematic approach to work. They should be able to handle unexpected situations and make clear prioritizations based on quality and safety. The candidate should be a skilled communicator who promotes a trust-building work environment.
Language SkillsThe candidate should be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
