Job Description:

The JSAN Consulting Group is seeking a Technical Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop systems, printers, and other equipment.
  • Work with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Helpdesk role.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
