Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional with a genuine passion for the world of management games to excel in maximizing revenue, profit, and engagement within Paradox Interactive's portfolio.

This role involves driving business growth and innovation by working closely with various disciplines within the Publishing department and development studios.

  • Senior experience in gaming product management and business development is required, or at least 5+ years of experience within product development, marketing, or production.
  • Solid understanding of business management principles.
  • Holistic understanding of marketing and brand planning strategies.
  • Passion for management games and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience as a team lead or manager is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth and Innovation

Set strategic direction and collaborate closely with first- and third-party studios to achieve overall growth targets and key performance indicators.

Explore New Opportunities

Actively seek and explore new business opportunities internally and externally to foster revenue growth for the franchise(s).
