Project Controller Role

As a key partner to the Service Cluster Controller Nordics, you will support the Project Team in all financial and commercial matters across the full project lifecycle. This includes tendering, forecasting, project execution, project close-out, and warranty phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the project, including forecasted Revenues and Cash Flow.
  • Scheduling and cost control efforts for all project phases. Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, and risks.
  • Drive and seek optimization of Project Cash Flow, Revenues, and GM contribution together with Project Managers.
  • Support the Project Manager in coordination and preparing periodic project reviews.
  • Participate in project reviews, including opportunity/risk identification, and monitors that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented.
  • Assure compliance with reporting under IFRS and our corporate financial guidelines, as well as internal control and compliance regulations.
  • Oversee currency risk, bonds and guarantees, and tax issues.
  • Provide ad-hoc project-related financial analysis and participate in relevant financial or transformation initiatives.
  • Support implementation and improvement of standardized processes and tools to support the financial planning and reporting activities in own area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • You have a university degree in Business / Finance.
  • Proven experience as a Project Controller in an international environment or similar.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, S/4Hana is an advantage.
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Structured way of thinking and good numerical skills.
  • You are a Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
