About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Partner to join our team in Vasteras, Sweden. As a key member of our Services Product Line, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to a team of Project Controllers and Cost Controllers, ensuring effective financial management and process optimization.
  • Work closely with teams across the business to drive financial performance, including project controlling from tendering to cash collection.
  • Ensure reporting compliance to group guidelines and present the Product line's results to the Nordics management and Nordics Finance Director.
  • Advising and supporting the Finance Director Sweden, with a dotted line to Nordics, and ensuring that all operational managers in the Product line get the adequate support from the finance organization.

About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An MBA or equivalent educational background in Finance.
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Experience or understanding of financial management in a project-driven environment.
  • High proficiency in English and Swedish and effective communication.
  • Demonstrated experience with cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to lead through others.
  • Experience in technical industries is considered a merit.
