Job Description: We are recruiting a Merchant Partnership Coordinator to support our merchant partners and ensure they have a seamless experience on our platform.
About the Role: As a Merchant Partnership Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our merchant partners' product offerings are presented optimally, driving an outstanding customer experience and fostering growth.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure our merchant partners' product offerings in Wolt's online catalog are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
- Support merchant partners in achieving their goals of higher conversion and sales by improving their visibility on our platform.
- Contribute creatively to enhance how product information is presented and improve the digital shopping experience.
- Create and maintain master data for product listings to improve assortment and content management.
- Leverage technology, including advanced tools like Sheets/Excel and AI, to optimize workflows and improve processes.
- Utilize reporting tools to track performance, resolve errors in master data, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve master data quality and streamline operations.
- Drive compliance for product information across Wolt's platform, setting high standards for both retail and restaurant offerings.
