Som Head of Development kommer du att spela en nyckels roll i att forma visioner och strategier för Sportality AB. Du kommer att arbeta med utvecklingen av våra produkter, inklusive Sportality Platform och Sign Maker. Rollen innebär att vara en viktig medlem i företagets ledningsgrupp, där du bidrar till affärsplanen och helheten.

Huvudsakliga Ansvarsområden
  • Personalansvar: Leda, utveckla och inspirera ett team av åtta utvecklare.
  • Utvecklingsprocesser: Ansvara för att våra utvecklingsprocesser är effektiva, skalbara och håller hög kvalitet.
  • Arkitektur och teknik: Aktivt bidra till plattformens arkitektur samt utveckla och optimera befintliga och nya delsystem.
  • Teknikval: Utvärdera och ansvara för teknikstacken, verktyg och plattformar för att säkerställa att vi ligger i teknisk framkant.
  • Ledningsgrupp: Delta som en del av ledningsgruppen och påverka företagets strategiska beslut.
  • Användarupplevelse: Vara en ambassadör för våra slutanvändare genom att kontinuerligt förbättra deras digitala upplevelse.
Vår Teknikstack

Vår teknikstack inkluderar:

  • Molnbaserad Kubernetes-miljö för kontinuerliga releaser och skalbarhet.
  • Frontend: Komponentbaserad arkitektur med VueJS och Tailwind CSS.
  • Backend: TypeScript/NodeJS, tillsammans med etablerade MVC-ramverk.
  • Containers: Serviceorienterad plattform där applikationer körs i containers.
  • API-integrationer: REST-baserade JSON-API, samt andra teknologier som GraphQL och SOAP.
Din Profil

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av utveckling och ledning inom IT, med en förståelse för SaaS-lösningar och molntjänster. Erfarenhet av Kubernetes-miljö och goda kunskaper om utvecklingsprocesser (ex. Shape Up, Agilt, Scrum) är viktigt. Ett intresse för sport och hög energi är meriterande, liksom en vilja att dela din kunskap med kollegor.
