The Head of Personnel Security and Support will be responsible for leading the Personnel Security and Support function at Group Security, Saab. This role will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes, methods, and tools for personnel security.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personnel security processes and procedures
- Manage and lead the Personnel Security and Support team
- Represent Group Security in various forums and collaborate with other security functions
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in personnel security and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
