With a strong background in leadership and experience in contract execution and project management, you will be able to drive strategic questions and operational improvements while keeping a focus on day-to-day operations. Your leadership style should be highly communicative, collaborative, and promote an open, trustful, and encouraging work environment.
You will work closely with your team, Contract/Customer Managers, Line Managers, and other functions within the Business Unit to ensure that we provide our customers with the best possible support. You will report to the Head of Customer Support department and be part of our Management Team.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a strong business acumen, who understands the importance of customer support business impact on the Business Unit success. You should be able to motivate and enthuse your surroundings, and have the ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English.
Previous experience in after-sales and customer support, military requirements, and maritime installations is a plus. If you are a confident communicator with a passion for making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
