We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Head of Information Governance within our Aeronautics division. Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategies: Collaborate with Saab Group Function and Business Areas to craft and implement comprehensive strategies and goals for Information Management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Support and Coach: Provide guidance and support to teams within the Information Management area, promoting seamless workflows and knowledge sharing.
- Processes Governance: Design efficient processes for collection, storage, retrieval, and disposal of information within the information areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Drive solutions to secure compliance with contracts, standards, and internal policies for sensitive information, and support tailoring of information management plans as needed.
- Drive Innovation: Champion the adaptation of tools and technologies for information management, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
- Lead Change: Train and guide teams through organizational changes related to information management, inspiring and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who is passionate about developing information management and has a strong background in leading change efforts throughout an organization. You should have experience working with overarching strategies and goals, and be able to manage a complex area by dividing it into clear segments. Additionally, you should have an understanding of business needs and the ability to apply relevant requirements and standards.
Knowledge and experience with various tools and systems for information management are considered advantageous for this position. This role requires that you pass a security vetting based on current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
